The event will be presented by Andrea Petric , who will guide us to the discovery of "Fancy Diamonds and an Amazing Gem" , a fascinating journey into the world of precious stones.

• Cauliflower and saffron foam with buttered scallops and coral tataki

• Risotto with buffalo cream and citrus fruits cooked in mussel and clam water with local squid, prawns and mussels

• Tapioca, coffee and coconut

• Crispy coffee tapioca wafer with cocoa and coconut mousse
